Charming Top Floor Large Room With En Suite Shower

The house has a lot of character, wooden floors, many paintings.
We like to keep the house very quite, so no loud TV or music.
The room for rent is a new loft conversion, with a brass bed, pine wardrobe and chest of draws. With its own shower and w/c, all very new. With a shared kitchen.
We are very near Stockwell tube and brixton is on the door step. Clapham isn't far too.
I'm an interior designer, and i also paint. I live on the ground floor and basement, so you dont see me much. But we are very friendly, my boy friend is a photographer. The main request is a relaxed, quiet friendly home.
