I'm looking for someone to replace my housemate who has recently moved out.

The flat:
- Homely two bed, two bathroom flat in Stockwell on a quiet residential street
- £1125 a month (bills and cleaner included!)
- Cleaner visits once a week
- Patio terrace (with BBQ!)
- Stockwell station a 5 min walk away
- Clapham/Brixton nearby

Me:
- Likes cats but doesn't have one
- Work in tech
- Hates mornings
- Likes gymming/running/cycling/yoga
- Often found at a festival
- Clean, but not OCD about it
- Can cook a roast

I'm looking for someone that.:
- Is looking to make a new friend rather than simply co-habit
- Can handle all the usual chores and likes to keep things clean
- Wants a home to relax in, but enjoys a party every so often
