development with views over London. The building has a 24hr concierge and a secure bike store on the ground floor. There is also access to a roof terrace on the level 20 with excellent views of London.

The room is furnished with all Loaf furniture and has a big wardrobe with plenty of hanging space as well as draws.

The rate includes all bills including council tax and a fortnightly cleaner.

Brixton and stockwell are both a 5-10 minute walk.

The flat is a two bed two bathroom flat, I'm relocating to Paris for work but plan to keep my room in the flat for when I come back to London (expect this to be once a monthy), otherwise you will have the whole flat to yourself for the majority of the time.
