Homely Flat on Holmleigh Road

We have a cheap and cheerful room available in our Flat in Stamford Hill Mansions in Stamford Hill.

You'll be living with three other young, fun people. We are all friendly and have a chat when we're in the kitchen and generally keep to ourselves. We do occasionally go for a pint at one of our many locals.

The flat itself has a lot of character and is great value at £570 per month which includes council tax and fast internet. Bills are £34 per month.

Location wise we are close by to:

- Stoke Newington station - 5 mins walk
- Huge cheap Morrisons - 5 mins walk
- Seven Sisters (Victoria line) - 5 minute bus
- Stoke Newington Church street - 10 minute walk

Room is now available from early September and we’d like a months rent upfront plus deposit of £650.
