On the first floor is a spacious living room with a big TV & the bedroom thats available for rent. They are separated by the staircase so you can’t hear much noise.

On the second floor are the other two bedrooms & a full bathroom with bathroom & shower. All the amenities are modern and working well.

It is important to note that tenants moving in Novemeber are a couple with a baby due in Novemebr with a cat and a dog.

The area:
We are a 6 minute walk from Stoke Newington Overground and a 5 min walk from Rectory Road. Clissold park is a 10 min walk away. Lots of local shops included an celand and a Sainsburys.

What we're looking for:
Someone who is chill and OK living with a baby. Current occupents are a couple and have a baby due in November. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and are open to all genders, ideally aged between 18 - 40. No couples. Preferably someone on a 9 - 5 schedule but can be flexible. Someone who is generally tidy and clean. Not a party house so if that's what you're looking for then this isn't for you.
