Waterside view just above Stoke Newington

I'm looking to let out my 2 bed apartment from the 4th to the 25th of Jan - or anywhere in-between.

It's a 5 minute walk from Clissold Park and 10 minutes from Stoke Newington's idilic high street.

Or if you head in the other direction you'll be in Finsbury Park in 10 minutes too.

It's on the Picadilly line which is to date the most convenient tube line I've been on, very rarely having to change.

The apartment is south facing so gets lots of light all day, has a high EPC rating so stays warm and has a modern kitchen and bathroom.

There's a king size bed in one room and the other has been turned into a study. It has 2 desks with chairs, perfect for work from home. But there is also the option of a large inflatable double bed which we usually bring out for guests.

We have full-fibre/high-speed internet/WiFi, a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer for utmost convenience. We also have filtered water connected to our kitchen tap.

The apartment is in an council block. Lots of young professionals live here so there is a nice community however some of the communal spaces outside of the apartment do need a bit of love and could do with some paint but inside the apartment is great with the bathroom and kitchen having been redone recently.

What really sold us on it though was the view. There's an amazing view of the West Reservoir, often with sail boats zipping along. And to the left, the beautiful Victorian built Castle.
