Looking for a tidy and fun new flatmate

I have a double room in Stoke newington that I’m looking to sublet from early December for two months with the option to extend longer term if you feel the flat is a good fit. For the first two months you’ll be living with two very sweet musicians - a girl and a boy - and then when I come back from New Zealand in February I would be moving in to the boys room so it would be all girls from then on! The rent for the room is £765, plus around £125 in bills each month. The apartment is across the road from rectory road overground station and is very well connected on bus routes, it’s near a few really lovely parks and in a great area for pubs and cafes. It’s also in a gated mews so it’s super safe. The one downside is we don’t have a living room, but this hasn’t been an issue for us thus far. let me know if you’d like to see photos or find out more!!
