New housemate wanted to share my two-bedroom place with me and two friendly, lazy cats.
It's a spacious light-filled double room with plenty of storage from built-in wardrobes.
Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table, but you are of course welcome to add your own furniture.
Bedrooms are upstairs with one shared bathroom and toilet. Downstairs is the living room, which has two sofas, dining table, TV etc. There's a sunny patio garden.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, oven, fridge and washing machine. I've got super-fast broadband.
About me
I'm a creative, friendly, like books, doing crafts, going to gigs and exploring London. My two fluffy indoor cats love cuddles, although they spend a lot of time asleep.
I'm looking for a friendly, clean person to share with.
The area
This is a nice part of Hackney that's well-connected to lots of different areas and makes it easy to get into London.
It's 1 minute from Rectory Road station which takes you to Liverpool Street in 10 minutes.
12 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction station.
Area is served by by buses and nightbuses into central London.
Short walk from Stoke Newington Church street, Dalston, Clapton and Hackney Downs park.

Rent is £875 pcm which includes bills: council tax (band B), super-fast broadband, water, gas, electricity, service charge and TV licence etc.
