Hiii, me and my sister are looking for a new housemate 💕as the third person is leaving. We are looking for a female, working professional aged 23 or older. The property is a 3 storey town house in NW London with plenty of space. Your new bedroom comes partly furnished with built-in wardrobes, a freestanding wardrobe, bedside table, blinds, chest of drawers and floating shelves on the wall. The available room is 'bedroom 2' on the floorplan. The main bathroom is right next door to your room and only the shower will be shared with 1 of us as there is an additional WC on the ground floor. Your new home comes with a beautiful roof terrace and a garage that can be used for a car or storage. It will be available from December 11th and the rent currently is £930 (bills not included) as we are waiting to hear the new price upon renewal. The council tax band is E. Unfortunately no pets.
