Double room in friendly flat

Hi all!

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely and bright 3 bedroom flat in Northwest London, Stonebridge Park. Suitable for someone who prefers privacy and tidy accommodation. Room is furnished with large double wardrobe and double bed, kitchen with appliances, Wi-Fi, off street parking. 10min walk to Harlesden Station with many buses into central London.

Currently, one of the 3 rooms is occupied by my mother who is 60 years old, but she will spend 6 months away from the flat. So you will be sharing with one other person for half the year.

Bills to be shared will be electricity, gas, water and internet. Council tax is included in the price.
