Hello!
A double bedroom(for one person) is available to rent in semi detached house. This is a shared bathroom property.

The property includes a shared kitchen, and dining area. As there are two other residents, will need someone who is considerate of this when using the kitchen and bathroom, prefer someone who wont be spending a lengthy time in the kitchen - happy to discuss further.

As all residents are female, we would prefer a female. Also, the home is halal only so we would prefer someone who is Muslim and eats Halal only.

There is a resident cat so please be mindful of this when considering this room.

Bills include water, broadband council tax and energy bill.

Furniture is as included in the pictures.

Stonebridge Park Station is a 8 minute walk with the Bakerloo line and Overground services. The 18 bus stop approx 2 minute walk from property straight to Euston and Sudbury. North Circular approx 5 minute walk away with 112 bus to Brent Cross and Ealing Broadway.

Prefer someone who is a professional.

One month deposit is required.
