I will be leaving the flatshare (with a heavy heart!) having spent many years here but you'll be joining Alice and JP, two other active professionals who work in the City.
We're a tidy, respectful and peaceful household and would welcome a professional looking for the same.
There is a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. Please note there is no living room (as it has been converted into the third bedroom, with sensible configuration).
The building benefits from 24 hour concierge, underground parking and is very well maintained. The location of the apartment is truly the best feature as we are within walking distance of many of the best sights, sounds, dining places and bars that London has to offer.
Rent as listed above is £825 pcm. This is not inclusive of bills which typically amount to ~£35/month (Sky Internet and EDF gas) and £37/month for Council Tax.
Please note that the estate agents managing the tenancy will charge an Admin fee of £385 + VAT as part of the Tenancy Swap (this should be standard across rentals in London).
