My current flatmate is leaving the flat, so I have a room available for short time let. We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom flat in Stratford (Unex Tower) where we pay 2800£/month.
The flat is fully furnished with TV, dish washer, washing machine and wifi (pictures are from before we moved in). It is 100m away from the station, with easy commute to most Tube stations.
I work in financial services and tend to work pretty long hours and go to gym/drinks after. So unless I'm WFH, I would rarely be at the flat. During week-ends, I enjoy travelling & so I'll rarely be home.
I’m someone easy to live with, respectful of my flatmate private space, who also likes the flat being tidy (we have a cleaner coming every +/- 2 weeks). Gender isn’t a deal-breaker as I have lived with females for the last 4 years. Only thing I am looking for is someone friendly and easy-going I can get along with.
