Stratford Station with its excellent transport links and Westfield shopping/restaurants are only a 5 minutes walk away. Maryland Station with Elizabeth Line is 2 minutes walk.

This is a very quiet, LGBT friendly, clean and considerate house with an HMO licence for a maximum of 6 people.  Other people living in the house are from Taiwan, Greece & UK.. If you are looking for a party house then this is not for you.

No fees to pay.  Deposit protected.  You are dealing direct with the owners who are full time landlords.  Bills and internet included (subject to generous fair use policy).
