Four bedroom house share, in a fantastic central but quiet location. Kitchen/diner with appliances, separate lounge, sunny paved garden accessed from the lounge,, first floor bathroom and additional ground floor WC.  Full gas central heating with a British Gas Homecare agreement.  There is a cleaner every two weeks to clean the communal parts. Fully furnished.

Stratford Station with its excellent transport links and Westfield shopping/restaurants are only a 5 minutes walk away. Maryland Station with Elizabeth Line is 2 minutes walk.

This is a very quiet, LGBT friendly, clean and considerate house with an HMO licence for a maximum of 6 people.  Other people living in the house are from Taiwan, Greece & UK.. If you are looking for a party house then this is not for you.

No fees to pay.  Deposit protected.  You are dealing direct with the owners who are full time landlords.  Bills and internet included (subject to generous fair use policy).
