The flat is located a 10 minute walk away from Stratford Station (Central / Jubilee / Overground / DLR / TFL Rail / national rail), a 10 minute walk from West Ham Station (Jubilee / District Lines / DLR), a 5 minute walk from Plaistow station (District / Hammersmith & City) and 5 minute walk from Abbey Road (DLR), with several buses running in either direction 24/7.

The building is on a private compound and has its own garden and parking directly in front of the main entrance.
There is over-night security included in the building also.

The ideal housemate will be a professional and respectful, clean and tidy. If you work in creative fields it would be preferred, however not a deal breaker. If you are down to earth, able to have a laugh and chill, you'll fit in just fine :)
