The room is quite bright, fully furnished. House is located in a quiet area, only 7 minutes walk from Stratford station/ Westfield. This is a perfect location from where you can travel around both inner and outer London.

Your room is on the first floor. This is the master bedroom of the house. It has sets of window with plenty of light/ air, it has a double bed with mattress, a built in wardrobe, showpiece a desk+ chair.

The built in wardrobe is very large and ideal for a tenant who needs a bigger storage facility. Kitchen, bathroom and garden to be shared.

I am looking for a full time professional/ student who will respect other tenants in the house and can commit to pay rent strictly on time. This is quite a clean house and you are expected to keep the house tidy and clean too. Current tenants are very friendly but at the same time respect others privacy, so this is not a party house.
