I'm looking for 2 flatmates (preferably vegetarian). Room 2 is available from mid Jan 2026, room 1 is available from April 1st 2026.
About me:
I'm 30, working for a fintech firm in a hybrid role. I enjoy dancing, watching movies/tv, cooking infrequently, going out exploring and trying all the new restaurants London has to offer!
About the flat:
The 4th floor flat is situated in a secure building with keypad, receptionist, and a lift.
We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and smart tv in living room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.
Both rooms are furnished with an ottoman bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is space for a desk and chair for a work from home set up. The 2 rooms would be sharing the bathroom in the pictures.
Bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, and WiFi) come to approx £300 per month and are split between us equally.
About the area:
-10 mins walk from Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre.
-20 mins walk to Hackney Wick.
- 4 mins walk from Stratford High Street DLR station
-10 mins to the Olympic Park
- 35 mins walk to Victoria Park
-Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and Morrisons all within short walking distance.
