Great Room in Friendly Home in Stratford

My wife and I are moving out and looking for one person or a couple to take our place.

It is a double room. The room will come furnished with wardrobe for hanging clothes, a chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, a small table and book shelf. Lots of storage around the house for you to put your belongings, including a large storage cupboard.

The house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining area, and living area and a small balcony. Kitchen comes with a washer dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, inbuilt oven, and induction hotplates. You are a 10 min walk or 3min bus / train to both Stratford and West Ham (pretty much right in the middle). There are plenty of buses within less than five minutes walking distance.

There are a wide variety of stores, including Stratford Westfield within 5-10 minutes train / walk from the house, and multiple supermarkets available nearby including Morrisons, Sainsburys, M&S, Waitrose, etc

You will be sharing with a lovely couple, James and Emma, who enjoy spending time on the couch, an occasional night out, sharing a bottle of wine, or watching a movie. The flat has Netflix, a PS4 with loads of games, and many more.

Rent is £815 per month plus bills. At this stage there is no deposit but will likely include a referencing check fee when the lease renews mid August.
