Beautiful En-Suite Room!

Hi! We are leaving our flat in the next few weeks and are looking for someone to replace us in this beautiful room.

The building is safe, with a concierge, a gym and a sauna (included in the price). You will be sharing the flat with 2 really nice guys. They barely use the kitchen so it will be like having the flat all to yourself.

The room is spacious with an en-suite bathroom. Storage space (chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table ect...). There are two big windows that let a lot of light in which is great.

The location is great as there is a bus stop literally in front of the building. It is a 5 minutes bus ride to Stratford Station where you can take the jubilee/central lines, or go to Mile End in 5 minutes as well. If you prefer the DLR you have pudding mill lane Station at a walking distance (5min). A big Tesco and a Sainsbury are just moments away as well.

The rent is 910£/month including all bills, a weekly cleaner, the gym and the sauna. Couples are welcome as well. We are very flexible with our moving date so we could adapt to your preference!
