I am looking to rent my one-bed flat on a quiet street in Stratford on a short-term (month by month) basis. I am hoping to organise viewings asap, with the flat available from mid-September (exact date can be agreed with the new tenant).

It is likely that the flat will be available for between three and six months in total.

The flat has a kitchen/diner/living room with space to relax, a large bathroom, double bedroom and storage cupboard. It also benefits from a shared, large roof terrace. The flat is on the ground floor as part of a secure, gated development.

It's just a couple of minutes from Maryland station, on the Elizabeth Line. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Stratford station and very close to Stratford high street and the old town. It's also close to the East Village and olympic park, and to Stratford International station and Westfield.

I'm looking for an individual or couple to rent the property. It is furnished with essentials (fridge, washing machine, sofa, table and chairs, wardrobe, drawers, bed etc) but without clutter, so that you can make the space your own.

The rent amount does include bills - these are council tax, water and heating, property service charge and wifi.

I lived in the property for more than three years before renting it out and really loved my time here - I hope that you will, too.
