Hi, my friend decided to move into a new place so his room has become available.
My current roommate and I are both students so ideally you are also a student otherwise you will need to pay for council tax.

Our flat is 7 min walk from Stratford station
Supermarket, post office, gym etc are all within 5-10 min walk distance
Westfield is about 10 min walk

The room is the smallest room in the flat so the rent is only £550. (Can still fit a small double bed and a wardrobe maybe a desk too)
You will need to get your own bed or we can discuss.
The room has access to the balcony
Shared kitchen and living room
Bathroom is shared with the other flatmate
