Double Ensuite Room Close To Stratford Station

Hello! With the permission from my kind landlady, I am letting out my double ensuite room in a house share in Stratford for 2 months as I will be abroad. Within the house, there are three communal areas; living room, dining room and kitchen. The housemates are all professionals who work in the Finance, IT and Medical industries.

It is a very clean and friendly house so the new housemate will need to embody those qualities (very clean and friendly). This is not a party house but sometimes housemates share a friendly drink together.

My room is furnished with storage in place. The locations is very good - it is a 10 mins walk from West ham and Stratford station and it is also close to Westfield shopping centre. The house is close to Lidl, Sainsburys and Morrisons supermarket. There is also Stratford and West Ham parks that are close by to assist with the location of where your daily walk and exercise will take place.

I really, really like my room so the expectation is that, the new housemate who is offered to rent it out for 2 months, at the end of the agreement, they will need to return the room in the exact same state and condition as it was given to them. If the room is clean to a good standard upon inspection during the end of the agreement ,then the deposit will be returned without any issues.
