The flat is in New Garden Quarter in Stratford, only 5 minutes from Westfield Shopping Centre and Stratford Station. If you are commuting, the transport links from Stratford station are very good, taking only 10-15 minutes from the Central Line to Central London. We are also near Stratford International, which is only a 6 minute journey away from Kings Cross and also has direct links to Paris and Amsterdam.
We want flat mates to keep a friendly and sociable household, our flatmate likes to go out and have people over on the weekends and make the most of living in London. We are looking for working professionals so we understand respecting each other's space too when it comes to down time and the weekday nights are generally quiet. We would like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so it would be ideal if any potential flatmates kept a good standard of cleanliness too.
The double room available has a double bed, a large wardrobe, draws and a view overlooking the communal courtyard. There are also large storage cupboards available in the corridor. The flatmate who used to live in the room could fit his large desk in the room too, so the room is perfect for people who may have to work from home.
The single room available also has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a view overlooking the communal courtyard, along with large storage cupboards available in the corridor.
The flat is a 3 bedroom apartment, it has a large living room and kitchen area with an amazing view of the Stratford skyline, check out the video attached for an idea of space. The living arrangement currently consists of Anoushka, the bathroom would be shared.
Please note the picture of the bedroom was taken before the room was furnished by the current flatmate, however upon moving in the room would be empty like the photos shown. The room comes with the double bed, double wardrobe and a bedside table. The flat rent Renewal is due for June 2025, so a fair amount of time.
