Current flatmate has been in the room for 2.5 years but is now moving to Berlin.

I work in events, so my schedule is a little bit chaotic, with lots of late nights and random hours, but I am office based at least 4, usually 5 days a week so not around weekdays during work hours much, and often out in the evenings, mostly playing netball.
