Looking For Flatmate In Stratford

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, table and shelf and a toilet right next to it (but not connected) but it’s your own toilet. It also has a lovely view of London:) P. S. we recently installed a new window so that’s why there isn’t one in the video which I took before the window was installed.

The flat is 12 min from Stratford/Westfield, 8min from Pudding Mill Lane DLR station, both by foot. There is also a gym in the building - as pictured, and a 24/7 concierge so super useful for deliveries and safety.
Rent: £1300 per month
Bills: (wifi, water, heating, electricity) is around £100 per month (i tried my best to find an average but it varies!) and council tax of about £60 per month. This is the amount already split between 2.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and treats the house with care. Ideally we would have similar lifestyles - I’m not too much of a party person (small gatherings are fine but not the person to host house parties) and I would like to see the flat as a tranquil and safe space to come home to. I sleep early and wake up early for work (in the office most days or work in my room if wfh). I would appreciate someone who regularly cleans their own space properly, and will share the cleaning of the common areas with me, so that the house is well maintained.

So if you are alike, we are likely to get along!
