2 available rooms in friendly/social house

Hey!

I’m Ellie and due to my current flatmate leaving me to start a life up north yada yada, I am looking for two new flatmates to join me in a great Victorian Terrace house in Stratford.

I am a Independent Domestic Violence Advocate, for the organisation Refuge. Currently WFH but hopefully moving back to the office in the next few months. I am into exploring new places and traveling (back when that was a thing) then all the standards; going out dancing, brunches, gigs and of course nights in are always welcome.

I would love to have flatmates who are looking for a homely vibe and to potentially make some great memories. I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want the house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people, mostly keeping weekdays tame. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time and to be invited would be nice 😂. I like to do things like occasionally watch TV together with a glass (bottle) of wine and exploring at the weekend. If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, we're probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean and don’t tend to let stuff collect up. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organised but mostly a clean and tidy as you go type thing. We have recently had the garden done and I am trying my best to tame the beast so anyone with green thumbs or just knows what they’re doing would be fabby otherwise you can laugh at me trying instead.

Now for the important bit…
1 large double available from 1st March and 1 small double room available immediately (larger room downstairs smaller room upstairs) available in house share in Stratford, close to the high street. The house is a 15 minute walk from Stratford Station, 5 minutes from Pudding Mill Lane and 10 minutes from Bromley-By-Bow. Great bus links at the end of the lane going straight to Stratford Station.

The house consists of:
- 2 x large double rooms
- 1 x small double
- Large bathroom with shower over the bath
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/tumble
- Living Room off hallway
- Newly landscaped / Laid astroturf garden

All rooms are furnished. Large double room has large wardrobe and chest of drawers, two bedside tables and double bed (other furniture and accessories seen in picture not included). Small room has new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bills are separate but Council tax is included in the price.

On street parking (subject to permit).
