I am seeking a lodger for a double bedroom and your own separate bathroom. The flat has two bathrooms.

I am offering a large double bedroom and a separate bathroom for rent in a two-bedroom flat. The flat is in a converted Victorian house. The offer includes a shared kitchen-dinner, lounge, and access to the garden. The room is on the ground floor.

This would suit a working professional or a mature student seeking a quiet place to live. The rent is £1250 per month all inclusive (plus returnable deposit of £1250.), bills are included (Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water council tax etc.). Two months rent is payable in advance.

The local area includes the University of East London Stratford campus as well as the Westfield Centre. There are many shops and transport links are very good. I am a 15min walk from Stratford station (Underground, DLR, and overground). Maryland is a 10 min walk. Buses to Stratford are at the top of the road.


The other occupants of the other room are two respectful and friendly male students from India (friends) and would like to share the flat with similar.
