You would have your own bathroom and share living room and kitchen with me.
The apartment has a good view of the city from the balcony offering an abundance of natural light.

The building also has concierge so you don’t need to worry about parcel delivery.

I have already lived in the flat for 4 years, and I would like to renew the contract after my current flatmate moved out since she is leaving the UK.
My current flatmate and I are very tidy and clean, also respectful of each other’s need for common spaces.

Bills are not included (council tax, internet, electricity) but water bill is included, we will spilt the cost of all items mentioned. Overall above items would be £135-170 monthly depends on the seasons.

Move in date - 2nd July and could be negotiable.
