Short Stay Luxury Ensuite in Stratford

I will be going away on holiday from 3rd July - 30th July and would like someone to live in my room during this period.

Relaxed living in East London - this should be home!
A double bed in a well-lit airy room close to local amenities including a Morrisons, Westfield Shopping Mall, Olympic Park, Stratford Centre and Weatherspoons.

Excellent transport links to Central London (15 minutes from Maryland Station to London Liverpool Street Station; 42 minutes to London Heathrow Airport: Elizabeth Line). The house is 6 minutes walk to Maryland Station and 15 minutes walk to Stratford Station where you can find underground, overground, national rails and DLR.

The house is a four-bed all-ensuite end of terrace house a few minutes from University of East London, Water Lane campus.

The house has three bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuite toilets and showers. The downstairs room is available with close access to the shared living room (TV, Sofa), kitchen (gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, two good-sized fridge/freezer and washing machine). The house has a backyard and a shade that doubles as a home office for anyone working from home.

You get the excluded ground floor room… Your room comes with a double bed and good quality mattress, One large double door wardrobe. There is a small sofa and coffee table. I can replace these with an office desk and chair depending on what you need.

The walls are painted white and the bathroom is clean with a modern rainfall showerhead.

All bills and Fibre Broadband are included. A deposit is required.

There’s space for a bike in the shade and parking out of the front door though you’ll need to sort a permit or pay for it.

All flatmates are busy professionals but who enjoy going out occasionally depending on everyone's availability.
