A spacious, furnished double room with private en-suite bathroom in a modern flat in New Garden Quarter, around a 10-minute walk from Stratford Station, Westfield and Stratford International.

You’d be sharing with myself and Rafaele — two working professionals. I’ve lived here for six years and genuinely love the flat (photos are slightly outdated — it looks even better now!).

We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful, and looking for someone who’ll enjoy a relaxed, considerate home.

We both work standard weekday hours and keep evenings/weekends fairly chilled. The flat suits someone who enjoys being friendly and sociable, but also values personal space and a calm home.

Kitchen :
The kitchen is already fully equipped with high-quality shared appliances and cookware (espresso machine, Ninja blender, stand mixer, plates, utensils, etc.). I enjoy cooking and have invested in good gear — so there’s no need to bring extra kitchen equipment. To keep things clutter-free, I’d prefer not to add more, but if there’s something you genuinely use often, we can always chat.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but there’s no strict chore rota — just everyone doing their fair share.

£1,300 per month

Bills + council tax split evenly (currently ~£120–£140 pp/month)
