Room for rent in a nice 3-bed property

Hi,

This is a nice property close to West Ham park in Stratford, E15. I'm renting out one furnished room in the property. On top of the rent, you'll need to factor in council tax (band D) and electricity & gas. You will pay 33% of the electricity & gas bills on a monthly basis (currently about £35pp) and I will share the bill details with you in advance. A visit onsite is recommended :)

The property is a terraced house, nicely decorated. The room advertised has a double bed for single occupancy by a working professional. The room features a tall wardrobe and a desk if needed. This room is for single occupancy only. The kitchen was recently renovated and features 2 fridges, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.

I'm looking for compatible person to share the property with. We'll no doubt respect each other's privacy but I equally look forward shared moments around a glass of wine or a movie. I expect the new housemate to be clean, to pay the rent on time and to look after their room and the property like they would as their own.

Additional notes:
- The room is for single occupancy only
- Students: I prefer working professionals for compatibility but I may consider students if they have a suitable UK guarantor or if they are willing to pay upfront.
