Room for rent in a nice 3-bed property

Hi,

This is a nice property close to West Ham park in Stratford, E15. I'm renting out two furnished rooms in the property, one available from end of July, and the other (master bedroom) from September.

Wifi is included but bills are to be shared equally by all living in the property. Max occupancy for the house is 3 people, and sublets are not allowed. A visit onsite is recommended :)

The property is a terraced house, very nicely decorated with a cosy feel. The room advertised for end of July is very spacious, has a double bed, a tall wardrobe and a desk if needed, ideally for a working professional. This room is for single occupancy only. The kitchen was recently renovated and features 2 fridges, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.

The key requirements are for the new housemate to be clean, to pay the rent on time and to look after their room and the property like they would as their own.

- The room is for single occupancy only
- Pets not suitable due to allergies from other occupants
- Students: I prefer working professionals for compatibility but I may consider students if they have a suitable UK guarantor or subject to discussions.
