We are looking for a person to fill in a double bedroom in our house in E15. Available from the 15th of April.

Situated just 15 mins away from Stratford Station (Westfield Shopping Centre) and just under 5 mins away from Maryland station, our lovely house is fitted with all the comfort and amenities: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, a spacious kitchen, a living room and a little back garden. Very well located as everything is within walking distance: there's a bus stop literally 1 minute away from the front door, a Tesco and a Sainsbury right around the corner and a big Morrisons just 5 mins away.

We rent the house directly from the landlady, so there are no agency fees and the rent includes all the bills (even broadband and council tax).
The room is a double bedroom, furbished with a king size bed, a wardrobe, two sets of drawers and a mirror.

We are looking for a solar, nice and clean person that won't mind sharing a glass of wine and laugh over dinner with the rest of the housemates, but that is also respectful of others personal spaces. We're a very friendly household, we enjoy playing boardgames and videogames, watch animes and movies, chill on some reggae, indie rock, jazz and 90's bengers!!! We are looking for someone with a similar vibe.
