About the place/area:
According to my current flatmate, it's much bigger than it looks in the photos and I should let people know that.

New build (2017) flat in East Village / Olympic Park Stratford with communal gardens, There is also a separate yoga studio and gym downstairs.

About me:
I'm a construction project manager and dance instructor, working from home on Fridays and sporadically throughout the week.

I’m looking for someone friendly to be part of a calm and minimalist household but who also values their own time/space. I spend most of the time at work and out in London. I typically bulk cook once a week.

It's been set up for Airbnb, so it's fully furnished and made for a tenant to arrive empty-handed, but feel free to discuss any desired customisation.
