Double room with ensuite

I've been in the flat for 3 years and my current flatmate has bought a place so I am looking for somebody to take over her tenancy from w/c 9th December but can be flexible.

The flat is very spacious for two people and has two bathrooms - you would have the slightly bigger room with an ensuite shower.

The area has great transport links, a 3 minute walk to Maryland station (Lizzie line) and a 10 minute walk to Stratford which has Jubilee, Overground, Central, DLR. Really easy to get to Hackney Wick/Hackney if you like going out there too. There's a Tesco opposite but also a big Morrisons down the road and also a Lidl nearby.

You would be sharing with me (Aimee), I'm 31 and work in Marketing/Events, working from home 2 times a week. I'm tidy, easygoing and sociable.. like to chill in the week but also like to go out for dinner, drinks and explore/do London-ey things so somebody likeminded would be ideal.

Rent is £975, bills not included. The bedroom is unfurnished but includes a wardrobe if needed. Council tax band D.
