Hi all I am moving out from my current flat and would want someone to takeover my tenancy. My current flatmate would prefer a muslim female to share with. It is in an amazing apartment building in Stratford. Very close to DLR and also very near to Westfield mall. Bus access is just outside the apartments with night busses as well. On-site Tesco for ease.
Private Bathroom with double bedroom. Few mins walk to Stratford High street, Pudding Mill lane and Stratford Station. Westfield mall is very close by.
The house will be shared with another girl who is in late 20’s, working as an auditor at a Big 4 Firm in London.
The kitchen and lounge will be shared while each person will have their own bedroom and bathroom.
The council is approx £72 per month (£144 shared by equally by both tenants)
Electricity, Wifi, water, heating, hot water approx £70-90per month depending on usage.
Approx total utilities including above amount to £180-£220 per month per person depending on heating usage, season etc)
