We’re Kat and Nathan, and we’re looking for a friendly new flatmate, or a couple, to join us in our beautiful 24th-floor penthouse in Stratford.

The apartment is split over two levels, with a massive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing or working from home. The balcony has panoramic views of the O2, Canary Wharf, and the London skyline—ideal for morning coffees or evening sunsets.

We’re both professionals working hybrid jobs and enjoy a good balance of being social and having downtime. You’ll often find us playing sport, cooking, planning trips, or enjoying a chilled evening. We keep things clean, respectful, and easy-going, and we’re looking for someone who does too.

Located just a 6-minute walk from Stratford Station, you can get to Central London or Canary Wharf in under 15 minutes. Westfield, gyms, supermarkets, and the Olympic Park are right on your doorstep.
