Hi,

I am seeking 2 relaxed and respectful people to share my flat with me (there will be three people in total) in Stratford East London.

I am offering two separate double bedrooms for 2 separate lodgers in a three-bedroom flat. The flat is in a converted Victorian house. The offer includes a shared bathroom and kitchen, large lounge, and access to and use of the garden. Both rooms are on the 2nd floor.

This would suit two working professionals or two mature students seeking a quiet place to live. The rent is £950 per room ,each calendar month (plus returnable deposit of £950 payable in advance of occupancy) inclusive of bills (Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water council tax etc.).

I am open to all ages but would prefer someone between 25 and 50.

The local area includes the University of East London Stratford campus as well as the Westfield Centre. There are many shops and transport links are very good. I am a 15 min. walk from Stratford station (underground, DLR, and overground). I am also a short 7 minute walk to Maryland Station. Buses to Stratford are at the top of the road (less than a min. walk).

I am a mature male working in the health and fitness industry and travel around the country frequently for work. I am seeking reliable lodgers.
