Stratford large double with live-in landlord

I am looking for a lodger to live with me in my Stratford flat. It’s a short walk to Stratford station and within east reach of the Olympic Park, Aquatic Centre and Westfield shopping centre.

I’m a civil servant who enjoys theatre. I am out one or two nights a week at the theatre, but around most other evenings. Some weekends I may have friends over for dinner and/or board games.

I’m looking to rent to someone who’s fairly tidy and who won’t be too loud, either.

The flat is on the third floor with a covered balcony, in a block built in 2015. The room itself measures 4.8m x 3.15m and looks out towards the Olympic Park with a view of the Aquatics Centre. The room is available furnished, and has a large built-in wardrobe.

All bills are included. Broadband is with Hyperoptic. There is a concierge within the building that can sign for deliveries. Please send me a message if you have any other questions.
