[7 days/mon-fri] Large double room + en-suite

I am looking for a lodger to make use of my large spare room with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom is on its own floor of the house so very private. The house is recently renovated to a high standard with AEG appliances in kitchen, utility area with Bosch and Miele appliances, large extension with additional reading space, separate living room and three full bedrooms with three full shower-rooms/bathrooms. There is a well maintained garden and a secure shed to have bikes etc stored in. The house is professionally cleaned every week. It is a 5 minute walk from the tube station (Maryland) that is on the Elizabeth line and will get you to Liverpool St (11 mins) and Tottenham Court Rd (16 mins). It is a 5 minute walk to the Olympic Park with lots of green space, coffee shops/bars and restaurants. And a 15 minute walk to Stratford station with a lot of different underground and overground lines.

I work from home 2-3 days a week and from my office in Soho the remaining time. I have two very friendly cats. I spend the majority of my free time participating in fitness events or socialising with friends outside and at my house. It would be great to share my space with someone who has similar interests 😊

Please note I will consider Mon-Fri lets at a reduced price of £1000 pcm.
