It’s an ensuite room, single plus (more space, corner room) at Eleanor Rosa House, UoL accommodation. North-west facing, adequate sunlight, amazing view of the Olympic Park.
The contract is valid till August 31st 2024.
The contract is set for 37.7/ night, which amounts to 1131/1168 pm (depending on days of the month). It's a UoL accommodation and needs to be accessed through their waiting list or direct contact me through spare room.
The room is in a flat, kitchen shared with 5 other people who are super sweet.
Super convenient for full-time pg students at UCL East campus, Here East, or even Queen Mary and University of East London.
Westfield and Stratford Town Centre - 5 mins away.
Need someone to move in ASAP.
Stratford station 5 min away.
DLR Station right outside, as well as bus stop.
