18th floor / En-Suite / Balcony / Concierge & Gym

Hey hey,

So, this beautiful double en-suite room with balcony (18th floor) is available in our 3-bed apartment in the iconic Legacy tower in Stratford.
The building is just a min walk from the Stratford station which makes our lives so much easier (Jubilee, Elizabeth, Central, DLR, National Rail, Overground, Helicopters etc)

I’m Christos (Greek), and I work as Trading manager, and Sarah (Belgian) is a Product Designer. Our vibes are very chill and laid back, and we enjoy doing nothing and catching sunsets from the living room as much as watching something together or cooking (I’m also a self-claimed chef 🙃). There’s also a gym in this building which has all the essentials, so we try to hit it to get that summer body 🤞.

Lidl, Sainsburys, Pharmacies, Food stalls, known fast food chains are all in the Stratford little mall opposite of the station (within 1 minute), and Westfield just a 3 minute walk.

We’re looking for someone to bring nice vibes, and become a part of our little family. We don’t do crazy parties but we’re always up for anything fun. Our main hobbies include traveling, cycling and tennis if the weather allows, and of course cooking some tasty stuff. As you can imagine when we’re home we prefer spending time in the living room, kitchen area rather than the rooms. For the boys reading this ad, the ability to beat me on FIFA is a plus (ha!)
