Cosy double room to rent in Maryland

We are looking for one person to live with, we are me and my Yorkie/Maltese.
Your double room face to the garden, you can hear only foxes in the evening. The flat is situated in a quite road and enjoyable area. Walking distance from Olympic park, Maryland station and Stratford station.
Shops and restaurant open till late, very well connected with the centre (central, jubilee, dlr and Elizabeth lines, Stratford International, coach to Stansted airport).
We are not very demanding, just looking for someone who respect the flat, the neighbours, the silence and our space. We love cooking and spending some time with when possible on our days off.
It is not a party house considering we wake up early nearly every day and no guests allowed.
We are into meditation, yoga, vegan/vegetarian food, Reiki, facial therapy, dogs healing.
