I will be moving out soon (I have flexible dates) so I am looking for someone to replace me.
The flat has a living room and kitchen area, with a reasonably sized room and your own private bathroom.
Just a 5 minute walk from Pudding Mill Lane and 15 min walk to Stratford station.
Please note the flat is unfurnished; only kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine) are included; so you are welcome to bring your own furniture or furnish as needed. There is a new king size ottoman bed (2months old) which I am happy to sell if needed.
This flat would suit a professional quiet and tidy person. No party animals and no pets.
Bills are not included, they will be split between two of you, £100 council tax and £70 per month.
