About Us

We are all friendly, fun and open-minded professionals - in their late twenties who like cooking and hanging out together occasionally but we also respect each other’s privacy. We’re a mixed household of W/M so ideally we would like to keep this balance. So we are currently just taking in MALE enquiries.

The two current flatmates are Francesca and Chiara. Francesca works in data and Chiara works in production. Super chilled and like-minded.

We are looking for a 4th like-minded, fun, CLEAN and respectful housemate who is willing to chill and socialize as well as do their own thing, as we find both aspects central to our own lives. Being very clean is not a negotiable point for us.

About The House

This is a beautiful newly refurbished house in east London with plenty of space and light in a quiet residential street minutes away from Westfield, Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line) + Stratford Station (many other underground lines, including Central and Jubilee)

The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 full- bathrooms (one per floor) and 1 service toilet ground floor, a separate kitchen, and a separate lounge, as well as a beautiful patio and garden. The living room is great for hanging out, and watching TV and also as a shared WFH space.

The kitchen is large with a 4 burner ceramic stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, & dryer, and fitted kitchen units and it has its dining area too.

About The Room

The room available is a spacious fully furnished double room for single occupancy. It comes with a large double bed & wardrobe. Floor space is approx 17 sq mtr

Gas, Electric, Water, a bi-weekly cleaner, Council Tax & Wi-Fi
If bills go up, we will need to slightly increase the costs - However, it did not happen in the past 1.5 years.

8 months minimum stay only please - until February 2025. Rent will be raised after Jan 2025.

References will be needed to live here and for the contract. £750 Deposit and 1 month rent in advance required.

Stratford/Maryland has loads of amenities, starting with the Westfield Shopping Centre, Europe's Largest shopping Complex which is just 10 minutes away. Morrisons supermarket, Stratford Centre, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer's, Lidl, Apple, Vue Cinema, as well as a myriad of regular and designer fashion outlets.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is also a short walk with its massive open green spaces, Olympic pool and stadium. You can enjoy the canal side space with its cool bars and terraces , now a major hub for tech industries, TV and Arts.

Docklands and the West End are a short commute away.

Transport.
Maryland station (Elizabeth Line) is 2 minutes walk away which goes to Liverpool St (2 stops) + Central London to Heathrow. Crossrail will also stop here.
Bus stop 2 minutes away stop buses: 69 / 257 / N8 / 308 / 241.

Stratford Station is 10 minutes walk. Zone 2
