Modern En-Suite Double in Stratford

En-suite room available in a two bed/two bathroom flat next to the olympic park in Stratford. Males preferred please.

The Flat is on the 16th floor and overlooks the skyline of both Canary Wharf and The City from the two balconies in the living room. Facing South-East, we get a lot of sunlight here, and are the opposite side to the train tracks, so not so loud. We also have an on-site gym which is a decent size included in the rent and bike storage.

Your room:
-Comes with built in wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Desk, Chair, toilet/shower and your own balcony.

About me:
- I work full time as a manager in a pub (Comes with its perks for flatmates too haha)
-I work shifts, so when home together I would like to spend time with the person I live with.
- I like to travel, cycle, socialise with friends amongst other things. I love a good night out alongside a quiet night in and would like someone who feels the same.
-I like to live in a clean space. When living with someone we must respect shared spaces.
- I'm looking for someone to live with to create a friendship. I don't want to live with a stranger for a year or someone who just wants to lock themselves away all the time.
-I am a gay man, so must be LGBT friendly

-You must be able to get referenced so must be a full-time professional.
-Water included but everything else is not. Bills are generally less than average of what people would pay.

Viewings can be done mainly in the mornings or on Sundays (Also happy to do virtual)

Although the move in date cannot really be pushed forward, I would be happy to store some items in the interim for you to make other arrangements in the move in date is not totally suitable :)
