Double room with en-suite in Stratford apartment

Hi! My name is Naimish, and I'm a journalist working for a B2B news publication in the City.

As my current flatmate is moving out, I'm looking for someone to take over his en-suite double room. It comes with a bed, a mattress, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and of course, the en-suite bathroom.

The flat itself is quite spacious, with views of a canal and the Abba Voyage arena from the living room, which also has a balcony. There is a kitchen island, a hob, a fridge, a diswasher, and a washing machine, which has a fairly decent dryer.

Transport links are excellent, with Stratford station only a ten minute walk away. Other perks include having the Olympic Park and the Olympic Pool only a stone's throw away. The building also has a gym which residents can use for free.

I'm looking for a professional who's neat, tidy, considerate, and all the nice things one would look for. I identify as gay, and while I'm not exclusively looking for someone who's queer, I am looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly.
