The current household is made up of mixture of students and working professionals. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and quiet as this is not a party house. Smoking is allowed but only on the terrace (not inside the rooms, as we need to be respectful of those who don't smoke).

All tenants get along well, its not one of those houses where everyone stays in their room but ofc we appreciate privacy as well. Lastly, there is a cat in the house- Poopsie. He is well trained 9 month old baby. He never disturbs anybody, he loves to sleep and minds his business.
