*About Me:**
Hi there! I'm a professional (From Bulgaria 🇧🇬) working as a business consultant. I work from Monday to Friday (9pm - 5:30pm). I'm very outgoing and love socialising, but I also respect people's privacy. I'm a travel enthusiast and often go on weekend trips (trying to be away at least once/twice a month). I have an unhealthy obsession with online shopping (so expect a lot of deliveries). I enjoy exploring new places, trying out different cuisines, watching Netflix, drinking wine 😆 (i feel like im selling myself on here lol).

**About the Flat:**
Our flat features a very spacious living room with an open kitchen, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day. The bathroom is large and modern. The available room is a bit smaller but very comfortable and cute, making it a cozy retreat. We have all the amenities you might need, some of which a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine etc.

The flat is non-smoking, but Iqos and vaping are fine. We're just 1 minute away from Maryland station and a 7-minute walk from Stratford station (Westfield). The area is vibrant and full of conveniences. You'll find major supermarkets like Waitrose, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S and Lidl within walking distance. Additionally, there are numerous Eastern European shops, a variety of barbershops, and a range of eateries offering different cuisines. Stratford Westfield offers extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and the Olympic Park is nearby for leisurely walks and sports activities.

**Availability:**
The room is available from the 1st of August.

**A Bittersweet Farewell:**
My current flatmate is moving out because she is returning to her home country. Let's take a moment to be sad for her, as I certainly am 😢.

**New Flatmate Criteria:**
I'm looking for a young professional who is outgoing, respectful, and clean. Ideal qualities include:
- Respectful of privacy and communal spaces
- No partying at home (sowwy) or loud music after 10 pm, as we have neighbors to consider
- Preferably someone who enjoys a balanced lifestyle and shares similar interests

While we don't have to be best friends, it would be lovely if we got along well and could occasionally share a meal or chat 🫶🏻🥲.

**Bills:**
Please note that bills are not included. They are approximately £50 per month (per person) for gas and electricity, plus £50 for council tax (sad crying face here), and £45 every 3 months for water.
