Small Double Room in Lovely House in Stratford

Hi, we are Kevin (freelance creative) and Joe (IT consultant) searching for an easy-going, social and friendly housemate. We live in a lovely 3-bed terraced house with a small back garden. The house is a 10 minute walk from Stratford station and Maryland Station and Stratford High Street are close by too.

The available upstairs room is part-furnished (includes a double wardrobe, bed and shelving) and faces the back garden. Bills approx £100 p/m. It is important that communal areas are kept clean and organised.

We’ve lived together for over two years now. We enjoy a good TV series; The Traitors and Race Across The World are ones we watch together. We are sociable and like to go out for drinks, etc, but this is definitely a home not a party house 🙃 It would be preferable if you know London and feel set up here, but not essential.
