Looking for 1 more person for a Stratford house. Rooms are available from the 20th of July but the contract would be from August 25th. Currently there is a single and a double available.
Just looking for someone who is respectful of space and relatively quiet, but also someone who would want to use the shared living room space and garden for activities.
I work in the West End so can potentially get free tickets for shows too (if that can sweeten the deal...)
Landlord has only given me until the 19th of July to find 1 more person, so time is quite tight.
